Chandrashekhar Sah
Associated with the firm since 2010 he specialises in Transfer Pricing Audit, Business Valuation, Due diligence and Compliance audit. He advises multinational corporations on transfer pricing regulations in all contexts, including planning, litigation and contemporaneous documentation studies. He is also actively involved in restructuring, synergy estimation in mergers, valuation of intangibles, transaction structuring and allied phases of advisory services.

She heads Pune Branch and specializes in corporate services function. She is expert in providing services to FDI companies throughout their business lifecycle that includes accounting, payroll, tax and regulatory compliances. She takes complete ownership of tax compliances of the clients enabling them to focus on their core business.
